Privacy policy

All In Central is a free poker-night toolkit — a tournament clock, rules, hand rankings and reference content. This policy explains what data we process and your rights under the EU/EEA General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

The data controller is All In Central. You can reach us at ks@tada.no with any privacy question or request.

You do not need an account to use anything on this site. We do not ask for your name, email or payment details. By default we store only what is strictly necessary to make the site work. We use analytics or advertising cookies only if you choose “Accept all” in the cookie banner.

Tournament settings: when you use the clock, your setup (blinds, players, payouts and so on) is saved in your browser’s local storage so the clock remembers it. This stays on your device and is never sent to us.

Server logs: like most websites, our hosting provider records standard technical data (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) to operate the site securely and prevent abuse. These logs are kept only for a short period.

Analytics (consent only): if you accept, we may measure aggregate, anonymous usage — for example which pages are popular — to improve the site. This is not used to identify you.

Advertising (consent only): if you accept, advertising partners may set cookies to show more relevant ads and limit repetition. We do not currently run ads; this applies if and when we do, and the partners will be listed in our cookie policy.

We rely on your consent for analytics and advertising cookies, and on our legitimate interest in operating and securing the site for strictly-necessary processing (such as server logs). Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the service providers needed to run the site (our hosting and content providers, and — only with your consent — analytics and advertising partners). Some providers may process data outside the EEA; where they do, the transfer is covered by appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Settings saved in your browser remain until you clear them. Server logs are retained only as long as needed for security and operation. Any consented analytics data is kept in aggregate form.

This site is about tournament poker and is intended for an adult audience (18+). It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
